Warranty Registration
This warranty is valid only when the Warranty Registration Form has been fully completed by the installing contractor or the original purchaser and received by NU BUILT Windows & Co. within thirty (30) days of completed installation. Failure to register within the specified timeframe will result in the warranty being deemed void.
Product Standards & Supply
All products supplied by NU BUILT Windows & Co. are sourced from established manufacturers and suppliers and are provided in accordance with applicable industry standards and accepted tolerances.
Lifetime Limited Warranty – Vinyl Frames & Sashes
NU BUILT Windows & Co. warrants white vinyl window frames and sash components supplied by the company against defects in materials for the lifetime of the product from the date of supply.
Lifetime Limited Warranty – Insulating Glass Units
Insulating glass units supplied by NU BUILT Windows & Co. are warranted against seal failure and obstruction of vision caused by film formation or dust accumulation between panes for the lifetime of the window.
Lifetime Limited Warranty – Hardware
Hardware components supplied by NU BUILT Windows & Co. are warranted to remain in good working condition for the lifetime of the product from the date of installation, excluding misuse or lack of maintenance.
Patio Doors – Limited Warranty Coverage
Vinyl components: 25 years. Hardware: 2 years. Insulating glass: 10 years. Mini blinds (if applicable): 5 years. Painted finishes: 10 years.
Warranty Limitations & Remedies
NU BUILT Windows & Co.’s obligations are limited solely to repair or replacement of defective supplied products. No liability is assumed for incidental or consequential damages.
Screen Warranty
Screens are covered for thirty (30) days from installation. Parts only. Screens are not fall-prevention devices.
Transferability of Warranty
This warranty is transferable provided written notice is received within thirty (30) days of property ownership transfer.
Installation Responsibilities
NU BUILT Windows & Co. is responsible solely for product supply. Installation-related claims must be directed to the installer.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty excludes damage caused by environmental exposure, structural movement, acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, improper use, lack of maintenance, or condensation caused by interior humidity.
